Disable dunning per invoice
Sometimes we may be aware that a customer intends to pay an invoice later than usual. It would be useful then if dunning could be disabled on an individual invoice. That way the customer wonβt feel pestered.

Indicate the selected customer on the 'Create a subscription' and 'Create a single payment' pages
Indicate the selected customer on the 'Create a subscription' and 'Create a single payment' pages. I found myself creating a subscription for the wrong customer. It would be easy to avoid if they customer name was visible during payment and subscription creation.
